What to expect on your first day
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to find parking, register and get ready for class.
You’re welcome to bring a yoga mat if you have one. If not, rental mats are free for first-time students.
You don’t need a mat for Aerial Yoga classes.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and clean bare feet or socks. For Aerial wear, comfortable fitted clothing, free of zippers or buttons, and please remove all jewelry for safety!
Please be mindful and avoid strong scents and perfumes.
Do I need to sign up ahead of time to attend a class?
Aerial Yoga is the only class that requires early sign up due to the limited number of yoga swings. However, you have the option to sign up early for any class online.
How should I prepare for class and what should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move around. Bring a water bottle. We have yoga mats available to rent.
What class type or level is appropriate for me?
All classes are designed to be available to people new to yoga. If you are someone who is dealing with limited mobility due to injury or illness than we recommend sending us an email so that we can better asses your needs and direct you to an appropriate class.
