CLASS REGISTRATION POLICIES

Class Registration Policy

Students have the option of pre-registering for classes online through their Cowtinker portal. We reserve spots on a first come first served basis. Please note that classes such as aerial have a max capacity of 8 students so early registration is a must because these classes fill up quickly.

Membership Policy

We require 14 days written notice via email for any membership change. No exception. To inquire about a membership change or to begin a new membership, email contact@freebird-yoga.com

Expiration Policy

Each of our packages comes with their outlined expiration date. Students are required to honor these expiration dates by knowing that any classes that remain after their package has expired will be terminated. No rollovers, refunds or extensions on packages or memberships, no exceptions.

Refund Policy

All class, workshop, and training purchases are final with NO refunds or exchanges are available. Retail items may be exchanged unused and with the tags on with a receipt within 2 weeks of purchase date.

Auto-pay Policy

Students interested in our monthly unlimited auto-pay membership will need to review and sign Freebird Yoga’s Auto-pay Agreement.

 

STUDIO ATTENDANCE POLICIES

Scent Policy

We strive to maintain a chemical-fragrance free environment because many students in our community have allergies and sensitivities to strong scents. Please avoid perfumes, colognes, fragranced laundry soap, and fragranced hair and body products when you come to the studio. Please also come free of body odor or smoke odor. This helps us to maintain an environment where everyone can be comfortable.

Late-Comer Policy 

For your own safety and well-being, please arrive for your class on time. If you arrive later than 10 minutes after the start of your class/workshop, you will not be let in. This is to ensure that you get a proper warmup and to minimize disruptions for the students who have arrived on time.

Child Policy

Freebird Yoga is happy to welcome kids age 13 and up in all  classes. Kids under the age of 13 can join our Kids Aerial program, but are not allowed to participate in or observe in our other classes.
